Cutting and lighting your cigar properly will enhance your cigar experience.
Here are some examples of different styles of cutters and lighters you will find as you shop for accessories.
The Guillotine: A convenient form of cutting. It has two stainless steel blades that cuts off the cigar head, clean and fast. The guillotine is the most popular and the most practical.
The way to get the perfect cut is to place your guillotine flat on a table, place your cigar inside the center and then cut the head of the cigar. This method will always give you the proper cut and not cut too much of your cigar off.
The V-Cut : The V cutter creates a deep cut at the center of the cigar head. This cut offers a good draw.
The Punch: A sharp circular edge that cuts a round hole in the cigar. The punch cutter has a 7mm, 9mm and 11 mm cut. This is small enough to fit on your key chain.
The torch lighter is the best way to light your cigar. There is a large selection of styles and designs on the market. The torch lighter comes in single, double, triple and quadruple jets. You should only used triple refined butane gas in these lighters.
